South Brisbane Chargers RCCC was born from the merger of the Jimboomba Chargers Offroad club and the South Brisbane Onroad club, both of which had connections with the Lota offroad club and which therefore gives this club roots going back 20 odd years. It was felt that a sharing of resources would benefit both groups. The club continues today to offer both offroad and onroad rc racing facilities. ( Onroad facility temporarily closed ). Offroad track is currently being relocated from Ipswich to Redbank Planes - expect racing to resume in May 2008 - watch this space.
Our MissionWe aim to provide the best possible racing facilities for our members and to successfully merge the two important aspects of this hobby - fun and competition. We believe in providing an environment where members will want to spend their leisure time and money with no regrets.
